Membership Registration
All athletes in judo must be registered with Judo Saskatchewan and Judo Canada to be considered active in the province. Athletes should register through their local clubs. Active membership is required to participate in any Judo Saskatchewan–sanctioned event as an athlete, referee, judge official, or certified coach.
In addition, some committees require active membership, and only active members are eligible to have a voice and vote within the organization at Special Meetings or the AGM.
Non-practicing members or affiliate members may register online: Links TBA!
Foreign Ranks Recognition
From judocanada.org: Judokas who obtained their rank abroad must complete the Foreign Rank Recognition Form and pay a fee to obtain recognition of their rank in Canada. https://inscription.judocanada.org/register/reconnaissance-etrangere-des-grades/1000549/

Membership Registration
Beginning July 1, 2026, all members must register through Dokume. This platform will replace Trackie as the official registration system for both Judo Canada and Judo Saskatchewan.
To support a smooth transition, existing membership data from Trackie will be imported into Dokume before the start of the 2026–2027 season.
Important:
Current members should renew their existing membership and must not create a new account or membership number. This ensures that all historical data (rank, certifications, competition results, etc.) remains intact.
