In addition to technical training, the camp will include kata sessions to deepen understanding of judo fundamentals, as well as a refereeing session to promote knowledge of the rules and fair play.
Beyond athlete development, the camp also provides meaningful mentorship opportunities. Emerging leaders are introduced to coaching and officiating roles in a supportive environment under the guidance of experienced mentors. Together, we strengthen our coaching and refereeing pathways while fostering connection and unity across Saskatchewan’s judo community.

The overnight format adds to the experience, encouraging independence, teamwork, and lasting friendships both on and off the tatami.

Activities are thoughtfully structured by age, rank, and ability, prioritizing skill development, self-confidence, and positive team spirit.
